Give one class a real place in your week
Choose an actual class from the current schedule and put it in my calendar: [class, day and time].
Backup: Choose a second scheduled class I can realistically attend: [backup class, day and time].
Make getting to class easier
Attend [scheduled class, day and time]. Set a reminder for when I need to leave and put my training gear ready beforehand.
Backup: If I miss that class, check the schedule and use this replacement: [replacement class, day and time].
Take one useful cue into your session
At my next coached session, ask: 'What is one cue for me to focus on today?' Afterwards, record whether it helped and what I noticed.
Backup: If I do not get to ask during the session, note the movement I wanted help with and ask the coach before my next session.
Make progress easier to notice
Tell my coach one goal: [my goal]. Ask them to choose one suitable progress indicator and when to review it; record the agreed starting point.
Backup: If we cannot discuss it in this session, keep my goal written down and ask the coach at my next opportunity before choosing a target myself.
Make one familiar meal easier to prepare
Make [one familiar meal] on [day]. Check which ingredients I already have, list what is missing and set aside [realistic prep time].
Backup: If that plan no longer fits, use [a familiar, simpler meal I can make with ingredients available to me].
Choose from meals you already know
List three familiar meals: [meal 1], [meal 2], [meal 3]. Choose the easiest for my busiest day, check its ingredients and note the prep time.
Backup: If my first choice is not workable, use the simplest remaining meal from my list that fits the ingredients and time I have.
